Government Polytechnic, Nashik is one of the premier institute of Government of Maharashtra established in 1980. The institute has been awarded academic autonomy in the year 1995. This institute has been awarded Best polytechnic award by Government of Maharashtra in 2001. The institute has successfully implemented CIIILP Project. Three programmes namely Civil , Mechanical, Electrical has been accredited by National Board of Accreditation. The institute has witnessed many glorifying moments to it's credit like Jewel of India award , Outstanding Engineer award and Promising Engineer award.
